1: is there anyone here that maybe could share a dyno controller setup file, it would be nice to have a kind of start up setting, then i can change the settings to get a startup file for my own hubs.

2: i have only had one car on the hubs

is it normal that the wheels are spinning at very different speed. i have not had the brakes activated yet

I have looked through the help files but haven't been able to find any sort of instructions for setting up the software for a loaded run. I watched the quick start video for setting up inertia runs but I calibrate alot of turbocharged vehicles and need to use the eddy to load the vehicles to begin making some boost before starting the run. I possibly overlooked one of the help files on it but I have not found any instructions on using the BD2 only wiring it up. Thanks

Hey folks.

Did one of you already a hub dyno for tractors? In the end, I have build 2 separated units, where are connected to the tractors rear axle. I have 4 EC per unit, so in total 8 EC (Klam-550). And yes, the 8 eddy currents are needed, as tractor power goes up to 5000hp (Superstock Tractor Pulling).

Speed diffrerence on hub could occur, and should be controlled by controller (the two separated hub's are mechanically not connected- no synchro shaft in between).

Is there a possibility to do something as a "Master" - "Slave" configuration with the DC2 controller, to manage total 8 separate eddycurrent brakes unit (and also read 8 load cell)?

Thanx for some info's. Regards markus

Just purchased an old dimsport braked eddy dyno to help me tune crosskart buggies with motorbike engines.

It was supposed to be working, albeit even if it wasn't accurate, but straight away the old Rotronics/Dyno Race software packed it in. So I've purchased all Perek components to upgrade it tonight. I will post some photos etc as I go, hoping it will be a straight forward upgrade.
