Looks like the integral part of the Speed PID Controller is not being reduced fast enough and the proportional term is to small to neutralize it. If you don't want o touch the PID coefficients, you could increase the ramp test speed tracking threshold in SETTINGS / Misc.

When I get back from the business trip, I'll go through the ramp test code to make some improvement that will eliminate the possibility of such condition in the future.

Software 6.24.0 is available. Now the ramp test switches the brake controller to "Brake OFF" mode when the coastdown phase is detected, and you're not using a forced coastdown rate.
