Hi

Our old ( chassis ) dyno had a hand held potentiometer to control the roller speed and I found this a bit easier to use than trying to pick up a keyboard to change the settings while tuning .

How do I go about implementing this .

Any help would be appreciated

Thanks

Hi,

You can connect a potentiometer to the analog input in the controller.

Then in the input configuration set a characteristic that will convert the analog voltage to desired engine speed.

In the end, in SETTINGS / Remote control, select the channel you created for "Remote engine speed target"

You can also use CAN keypad from Blink Marine:

pkp-3500-si-mtr

Or a USB or wireless game pad in software 6.0.0+
