Description
The ferrite core is a very effective device for blocking high frequency noise from propagating through cables.
Example use cases:
- BD series eddy current brake power supply cables to the eddy current brake
- VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) cables to the motor
- Signal cables affected by noise
- Power cables to BD or VFD
It’s advised to use the core on BD or VFD output if the cable to the device (eddy brake or motor) is longer than 1.5m
The core should be placed near BD or VFD.
